You’ll check in, relax in a comfortable treatment room, and self-administer the nasal spray under the guidance of our clinical team. You’ll stay for at least two hours afterward so we can monitor you and make sure you feel safe before going home.

Most people start with treatments twice a week for the first four weeks. After that, sessions usually happen once a week or once every two weeks, depending on how you’re doing and your provider’s recommendations.

Some people describe feeling light-headed, tired, or detached for a short time after using Spravato®. These effects usually fade within a couple of hours. Our team stays with you throughout the session to help you feel comfortable and supported.

Spravato® is given only under the supervision of trained medical staff in a certified treatment center. Your provider will review your medical history and make sure this treatment is appropriate and safe for you.
